1) America’s Truth Forum reserves the right
to cancel or postpone the symposium at any time. In the event of
cancellation, refunds will be limited to symposium reservation fees only.
2) America’s Truth Forum assumes neither responsibility nor liability for
discomfort and/or expenses resulting form a participant’s travel and
accommodations.
3) America’s Truth forum assumes no liability or responsibility for the
personal safety, and comfort of attendees before, during, after and
throughout the sponsored events, both in part and in total.
4) All registration fees are due in advance of the event and must be
received prior to the RSVP date of December 21, 2008. Since reservations are
being handled on a first-come, first-serve basis, America’s Truth Forum
cannot guarantee seating availability to any particular individual or group.
5) For security reasons, participants and their personal property will be
subject to screening procedures. Individuals bearing overcoats, briefcases,
large handbags, and/or other parcels may be subject to search.
6) America’s Truth Forum will not be liable for fulfillment of this
agreement for any reason including acts of nature, terrorism, war,
government intervention, or venue cancellation.
7) Use of tape recorders, cameras, and camcorders is prohibited at the
symposium. In the event the use of such devices is discovered the person(s)
in violation of this agreement agree to forfeit or destroy illegally
attained and copyrighted data and will be expelled from the event at the
discretion of event officials.
8) Participants are expected to act in accordance with accepted standards of
behavior. America’s Truth Forum reserves the right to dismiss or remove any
participant whose conduct or behavior is deemed unacceptable and viewed as
disruptive to the event or as an infringement upon the rights of others.
America’s Truth Forum will not be liable in any part for any consequences
resulting from such removal by it’s representatives, agents or members of
the law enforcement community. Anyone removed or refused admittance will be
photographed and subject to legal processing.
